Thomas Augustus Robinson Reaches Life's Finish Line At 74

It has become commonplace for me. Within the last two weeks, I have used this space to pay tribute to three iconic sporting friends. First, there was Roy Bowe, then Tom 'The Bird' Grant, followed by Charlie Saunders. Today, I salute the life and times of Thomas Augustus Robinson. He passed away around 6:50 a.m. on Sunday morning at the age of 74.

Letter: Some comments on seat belt law

EDITOR, The Tribune.

I read with interest that the Seat Belt law is about to be enforced and I thought I'd like to make a few comments. As somebody who recognises the advantage of wearing the seat belts it's obviously about time and I thoroughly agree with this law.
